The short version
Our calculators and invoice generator run entirely in your web browser. The figures, names and business details you type are not sent to us and we don't store them on our servers.
What stays on your device
To save you retyping, some tools remember your last entries using your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device. You can remove it at any time by using a tool's "Clear" or "Start fresh" button, or by clearing your browser's site data for bahicalc.com.
Information we may collect
- If you contact us or join a waitlist: your email address and anything you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply to you or to tell you about the product you signed up for, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
- Usage statistics: we may use privacy-respecting analytics (for example Google Analytics) to count visits and see which tools are used. These services may use cookies and collect technical information such as your browser type, device, approximate location and pages visited.
- Advertising: we may show ads through Google AdSense or similar networks. These providers may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalised ads in your Google Ad Settings.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data. We don't ask for your PAN, Aadhaar, bank details or passwords, and you should never enter them anywhere on this site.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent you've given. Write to us at hello@bahicalc.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change, and show the date of the latest update at the top.
